Location: Bosque de Duraznos, Bosque de las Lomas, Miguel Hidalgo, 11700 Ciudad de México, CDMX Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Position Overview: The IT Billing and Compliance Analyst manages billing operations for fixed and mobile telephony services across multiple countries. This role ensures compliance with corporate procedures, accurate financial reporting, invoice management, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all IT billing activities and maintain related documentation. Oversee cost centers for new lines and manage detailed billing reports, including expense allocation and invoice processing via Calero and SAP. Maintain updated approval hierarchies and coordinate workflow changes with Calero. Review invoices for accuracy before SAP posting and manage user access to the Calero platform. Prepare annual billing expense reports and monthly closing reports for the USA and Canada. Diagnose technical issues on the Calero platform and support timely invoice processing. Track new project costs within invoices for budget clarity. Coordinate
