Join Our Team at Daikin We are looking for a Spare Parts Planner to join our team based in Mexico City (Polanco). About the Role The Spare Parts Planner is responsible for guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction through the correct planning of spare parts for our installed base and future sales. This role creates a strong linkage between Operations, Logistics, and Commercial/Aftermarket teams to optimize inventory management. What You’ll Do Develop and execute local stocking strategies for the region. Maintain SAP Material Master and Parts Master Files with accurate and updated data. Run the demand plan tool (PSI) monthly to ensure adequate inventory levels. Forecast demand and ensure spare parts are created and planned before new equipment release. Monitor and report on inventory status, performance, and at-risk items. Collaborate with Purchasing, Product Managers, and Sales to align supply chain execution and future demand. Identify and address risks related to product or supplier obsolescence. Prepare budget forecasts Supervise inventory processes, track purchase orders, and follow shipping instructions. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in spare parts planning for HVAC or electro-mechanical products. Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and SAP (inventory management). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Results-driven, organized, and able to anticipate future demand trends.
