Recruitment Trainee

Linkeazi is a comprehensive human resources service agency that specializes in talent recruitment, talent management, compensation optimization, and payroll administration in MexicoWe are looking for a proactive Recruitment Trainee eager to learn, who will support talent attraction and selection processes. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with little experience who want to develop a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.Responsibilities:Assist in posting job openings on job boards, including Talenteca, OCC Mundial, and social media platforms.Review and pre-screen resumes to match the required candidate profiles.Conduct competency-based interviews with candidates.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.Prepare reports on recruitment activities and candidate progress.Negotiate with clients regarding candidate submissions and hiring terms.Perform headhunting to identify and attract top talent.
