Dealer Training Specialist

GAC MOTOR, a prestigious automotive brand from Guangzhou, China, has recently arrived in Mexico City. We seek top-notch talent to join our team and conquer the Mexican market together. At GAC Mexico, we are looking for professionals passionate about automobiles. Your mission will be to serve as the bridge between Engineering and Sales, translating complex technical concepts into clear, friendly language for the dealer network. You will be responsible for implementing the training strategy, training the sales teams on the features, technology, mechanics, and best sales practices for vehicles. The goal is to ensure that the sales teams communicate the value of our brand and products with confidence and accuracy, thus elevating both their sales performance and the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver technical and commercial training programs for the sales areas of the dealer network. Develop and update training materials: presentations, sales guides, manuals, etc., ensuring their accuracy and relevance. Act as a key technical-commercial support for dealers, resolving their doubts and strengthening their product knowledge. Managing the logistics of training courses, such as registrations, schedules, exams, surveys, etc. Performing market analysis to compare products and services Challenge and continuously improve the content and methodology of the training. Ensure the dealer network is at the frontline of all knowledge generated by the brand. The Profile We Are Looking For: Automotive Engineering, Automotive Systems, Mechanics, or related fields is desired. We also consider professionals from administrative or pedagogical areas with solid and demonstrable technical knowledge in the automotive industry. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to deliver presentations both in-person and virtual environments. Advanced knowledge of Excel for reporting and analysis. Advanced English essential (communication and document translation). Availability to travel. Positive attitude, proactive, and with a strong ability to learn.
