Senior Key Account Manager - Liverpool (Retail / Department Stores)

A Senior Key Account Manager at MIDEA is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients or accounts. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams, the Senior KAM delivers integrated strategies to achieve MIDEA’s business objectives and sustain competitive advantage in the market.Manage and strengthen the commercial relationship with Liverpool as a key strategic account Monitor and optimize inventory levels and product catalog within the account Plan and execute promotional strategies, pricing, and commercial initiatives Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration (sales, marketing, operations, product) Monitor account performance through KPIs and provide actionable insights Lead negotiations and commercial agreements to maximize profitability5 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management or related roles ~ Strong experience within department store / retail channel ~ Proven experience managing sell-in, sell-out, forecast, and inventory ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Advanced English (required)Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management Advanced Excel (must) Power BI (must)Mayor benefits to those required by law Parking support Hybrid work modelBecause we are a global company with a regional mindset.
