We invite you to discover it with us!What is the objective of our Sales & Marketing Coordinator.TheSales & Marketing Coordinatorwill be responsible for providing operational and strategic support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring consistent follow-up on business opportunities, proper organization of the sales pipeline, and efficient coordination between clients, strategic partners, and internal teams.This position will play a key role in optimizing commercial follow-up, ensuring that every opportunity is properly recorded, updated, and managed within the sales pipeline, contributing to revenue targets.At the same time, the role will actively participate in identifying business opportunities and supporting the development of commercial proposals, collaborating with the marketing team on initiatives, partnerships, and strategies that drive revenue generation and strengthen the brand's positioning.We are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset, curiosity about the market, and the ability to identify opportunities, propose ideas, and translate them into concrete business proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial coordination and follow-up Monitor and manage the daily sales pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM updates and proper tracking of leads, opportunities, and ongoing agreements. Support the preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, and Media Kits, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Coordinate meeting schedules, client appointments, and post-meeting follow-ups with clients and strategic partners. Support the tracking and organization of contracts, service orders, and commercial documentation. Follow up on key deadlines, deliverables, and commercial requests, ensuring proper communication between the teams involved. Track operational KPIs within the department and support the identification of deviations or areas for improvement.Business development and strategic support Identify potential collaboration opportunities with hotels, brands, and strategic partners. Support the conceptual development of commercial proposals and new business initiatives. Analyze market trends, competitors, and client behavior to identify new commercial opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team in developing initiatives that connect brand strategy, content, and revenue generation. Participate in structuring new proposalWhat are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in commercial roles, marketing, business development, or sales coordination. Experience managing sales pipelines, prospecting, and lead management. Advanced English proficiency (written and conversational). Experience using CRM platforms and commercial management tools. Strong organizational skills, follow-up capabilities, and attention to detail. Analytical mindset and ability to identify business opportunities. Proactive attitude and ability to propose ideas and commercial initiatives. Comfortable working directly with clients and strategic partners.
