BYD, a global leader in new energy vehicles and innovation, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support our commercial strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth in Mexico. What you’ll do: Support and follow up the national commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals. Manage and motivate direct and indirect sales teams (including dealers). Develop and strengthen the dealer network and key strategic partnerships. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Track and optimize KPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI . Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Aftersales to deliver a premium customer experience. What we’re looking for: 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales operation in a corporate environment Strong background in new vehicle retail operations . Proven skills in network development and negotiation . Strategic thinker with a sharp focus on results. English proficiency required for collaboration with global teams. Availability to travel nationwide mostly south of the country
