About Us AI Rudder is a global Voice AI company transforming how businesses communicate with customers. We empower enterprises with intelligent voice automation that enhances engagement, improves efficiency, and drives growth. We are expanding our presence in Mexico and looking for a Channel Sales Manager who is passionate about sales, partnerships, and the call center technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and manage local channel partners (BPOs, call center software vendors, system integrators, and resellers). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and alignment. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness in the Mexican market. Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver compelling channel enablement and co-marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and support for channel-led opportunities. Monitor partner performance, provide regular pipeline updates, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets through the channel. Conduct regular onsite meetings, partner visits, and product training sessions. Requirements 3+ years of experience in sales or channel management in the call center software, customer engagement, or BPO solutions space. Strong understanding of the call center or CX software ecosystem (e.g., CCaaS, CRM, dialers, speech analytics, etc.). Proven ability to build and manage partnerships that drive business growth. Professional-level English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Able to work onsite at our Mexico City office daily.
