After-Sales Service & Maintenance Engineer

After-Sales Service & Maintenance Engineer This is a technical and customer-facing role that focuses on managing after-sales repair services, providing technical training, and driving service sales in Mexico . Ideal candidates would be those who have experience in equipment maintenance, workshop management, and client satisfaction programs . We also welcome anyone with a good technical troubleshooting background and experienced multitasking skills in a service-driven environment. Responsibilities: After-Sales Service Management: Oversee repair service centers (monitor turnaround time, spare parts approval, cost control, and network expansion). Conduct customer satisfaction visits, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues promptly. Technical Training & Support: Develop training programs for repair teams based on common failures. Train service centers on new products and escalate quality issues to HQ. Service Sales Promotion: Market extended warranties, maintenance contracts, and other service offerings. Hands-on Repairs: Perform equipment repairs for key clients when required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field). 5+ years of experience in maintenance/repair management (electronics). Proficiency with service management software and MS Offic (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.). Experience in customer satisfaction programs or technical sales. Knowledge of the security/AV equipment industry (e.g., Dahua products). Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Conversational English . Interested in the profile?
