The position we are hiring for is a Bilingual position Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks, business improvement initiatives and HR procedures.Activities- Provide support in all matters to employees.- Effectively manage employee records on Time Doctor platform.- Actively participate in onboarding and retention activities.- Effectively maintain HR visual material.- Keep track of vacation and PTO.- Send monthly communications for birthdays, anniversaries.- Processing of benefits and other related.- Support HR team in effectively updating policies and implementing strategies as needed.- Benefits implementation and follow up activities.- Participation in internal promotional, outreach, enhancement and integration campaigns.- Perform other tasks related to the area.**Requirements**:- Ideally a degree or diploma in business administration, psychology, human resource management or related field.- Advanced Office Skills- Proficiency in English.Pay: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in the HR department?- Do you have experience as an assistant?- Are you fluent in English?
