Join a fast-growing real estate investment company and play a key role in closing deals across the U.S. About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Transaction Coordinator to support our acquisitions and dispositions team. Your main responsibility will be to manage the transaction process from contract to close, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication between all parties stays clear and timely. This is a remote position with flexible hours, perfect for someone with experience in real estate and a passion for managing details behind the scenes. Responsibilities: Manage real estate transactions from signed contract to closing Coordinate with buyers, sellers, escrow/title companies, agents, and internal team members Ensure all documents and compliance files are complete and properly stored Monitor and update the transaction timeline and ensure all deadlines are met Prepare and send disclosures, addenda, and other required documentation Provide weekly updates to all parties involved in each transaction Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the closing process Communicate professionally and effectively with all stakeholders Maintain accurate records and reporting for each transaction Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a similar role (Transaction Coordinator, Escrow Assistant, Closing Coordinator, etc.) Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and transaction process in the USA (especially wholesale, investment, or residential real estate) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of transactions simultaneously Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), CRM systems, and communication tools like Slack and Zoom Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience and performance): $7 - $10 USD/hour Growth opportunities in a dynamic real estate company Supportive, experienced team and positive work culture Exposure to a variety of real estate transactions and learning opportunities Long-term opportunity with performance-based bonuses Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management Get notified about new Transaction Coordinator jobs in Mexico . #J-18808-Ljbffr
