Technical Training Specialist

Develop the Technical Training to ensure that we have certified technicians according to the brand standards.• Define and schedule the correct Technical Training to our dealer’s technicians ensuring that our technicians are prepared to perform any diagnostic and repair to our vehicles. • Conducting the Technical Training on site. • Schedule and deliver Technical Training for our dealer’s technicians aligned to the new vehicle launches and technical needs. • Ensure that our technicians are trained properly before any new vehicle launching. • Ensure that we have at least one Master Technician per dealer. • Prospect synergies with training organizations. • Prepare the classrooms, vehicles, and necessary equipment for delivering the courses with maximum effectiveness. • Attend Train The Trainer (TTT) sessions. • Ensure that the dealer’s service workshops count with the right tools, services and equipment to perform successfully any repair for our vehicles
