What you’ll do: Support and follow up thenational commercial strategyin alignment with corporate goals. Manage and motivatedirect and indirect sales teams(including dealers). Develop and strengthen thedealer networkand key strategic partnerships. Analyzemarket trends and competitor activityto identify growth opportunities. Track and optimizeKPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI. Coordinate withMarketing, Product, and salesto deliver a premium customer experience.What we’re looking for: Maximum 3-5 yearsof experience in automotive sales operation in a corporate environment.Other industries or higher experience than mentioned will be not considered. Strong background innew vehicle retail operations. Proven skills innetwork development and negotiation. Strategic thinker with a sharp focus on results.
