Residential Air Conditioning Systems Expert

As a technical expert, you will lead a team of technicians specialized in the installation, maintenance and repair of residential air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team to ensure seamless execution of projects. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical queries and service requests. Ensure maintenance contracts are fulfilled according to established terms. Design and implement strategies to optimize product performance. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed quality, response time and efficiency objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Proven experience in residential air conditioning with a minimum of 5 years in similar positions English advanced language skills Microsoft Office suite proficiency Achieve Success: To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be results-driven and able to work effectively under pressure.
