"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next: Trademark Legal Manager**Which is the main objective of this role?**Qualifications:**What will you be doing?**- Conducting and analyzing trademark clearance research- Providing advice to business on trademark research and use- Managing filing, prosecution, and maintenance of the regional trademark portfolio- Handling investigations and conflicts, including infringement matters- Reviewing packaging and promotional materials and providing trademark guidance- Updating and maintaining electronic trademark and law department records and preparing reportsWork daily with international associates, business partners, and in-house team**Who are we looking for?**- Outstanding written and verbal English skills required- Law Degree, Paralegal Certification or equivalent education or experience required- Knowledge of trademark law, regulations and procedures- Two years of trademark experience with a large trademark portfolio (1000+ marks) preferred- Experience with reviewing advertising and marketing materials is a plus- Knowledge of trademark docket systems (WebTMS) and trademark research tools (Corsearch) preferred- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, competence in problem solving and follow-through are required.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, collaborate, and work well under pressure required**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
