**Vacante para la empresa Recruiters and HR Advisors LATAM en Polanco -Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:**Operations sr manager luxury boutique hotel**:** Gerente de Operaciones SR - General Manager**.OBJETIVO DEL PUESTOAsegurar la rentabilidad y correcta administración de los recursos materiales, económicos, tecnológicos y humanos de la propiedad a cargo, a través de la gestión, supervisión y control de los procesos operativos, comerciales y de satisfacción del huésped, así como de la aplicación y seguimiento de los estándares, políticas y lineamientos establecidos por la marca..- **Requirements**:Proven three year experience as Hotel Manager preferred or relevant role in a Boutique hotel setting.- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines- Working knowledge of MS Offic and Google Suite; knowledge of Opera Cloud hotelmanagement software (PMS) is an advantage- Revenue Management knowledge- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business acumen- **Valid passport and VISA**.**Main Job Responsabilities**:Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with Mosaic’s core values.- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and brand standards and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.- Resolve customer complaints and anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring operational issues, business flow and associate performance.- Oversee the property accounting functions including but not limited to Accounts payable and receivable, house bank audits, petty cash, tax, budget generation and P&L reviews.- Coordinate with the accounting department to oversee payroll functions.- Lead the sales effort. Leverage mínimal sales staff/outside vendors to discuss and implement sales strategies to continually improve occupancy levels and revenues.- Monitor and maintain the front and back-office systems and equipment to ensure optimum performance.- Oversee the Sales and Events department and assist when needed with negotiations and proposal generation.- Create specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely action plans to remedy guest service deficiencie.CONOCIMIENTOS GENERALES:- **Inglés nível avanzado.**- Manejo de objeciones y atención al cliente.- Manejo efectivo del personal, con atención al detalle- Manejo de presupuesto globalCONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO:- Modelo Service high level- Conocimiento modelo summer house high end- Conocimiento event planners and gathering- Conocimiento en planeación financiera.ZONA PARA LABORAR: Polanco.**OFRECEMOS**- Salario mensual $100,000 - $110,000 brutos mensuales (negociable)- Prestaciones de ley- Capacitación continua- Comedor- Descuentos Corporativos- Días de permiso con goce de sueldo- 10% gross annual based salary.
