On time payroll calculation for all BU’s according to payroll cut off dates. Determine, prepare and execute the information of tax’s payments (ISN, IMSS, INFONAVIT). Perform daily information submission to SS (IMSS movements) for Hires, Terminations and compensation changes. Document and prepare in collaboration with an external consultant firm the annual SS operations external opinion. Calculate the annual risk premium determination per employer registration. Ensure accurate and correct loads of information from the HCM system, inputs for payroll and T&A into PeopleNet every payroll process. Perform monthly and Bi-Monthly Tax calculations & reports (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN). Calculate and validate ISR annual calculation to determine under or over withheld employees. Support tax and SS audits providing documentation (IMSS & INFONAVIT Audits) (ISN Audits) Execute weekly compliance reports to reconcile the payroll calculation. Generate weekly disbursement reports to reconcile bank deposits and checks. Validate and generate the CFDI Tax pay slip every payroll process, and follow up to conclude any discrepancy during the process. Generate benefits orders related to payroll such food stamps, short term savings funds every payroll process, ensuring on time delivery/payment the correct issue of the invoices for the company. Generate requests for payments to the BU’s finance areas for the payroll benefits vendors such: union, Fonacot, food stamps, and other. Perform the monthly tax adjustment and validate the results for the applicable companies. Maintain and retain documentation of their payroll execution for compliance purposes. Execute the out of cycle payments and urgent terminations payments. Provide payroll support, expertise and guidance for internal/external customer inquiries r EE, Manager and HR first point on contact. Research tax laws & regulations on transactional tax issues and regular operations. Support Company projects, identify internal GAPS or improvements and participate actively on the implementation. Assist with other projects, mergers and acquisitions or other programs as necessary.Education (technical and/or commercial):Bachelor’s degree, accountant/ Finance or business/international business preferred.Job experience:2 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in multiple activities and systems successfully and simultaneously. Ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships with customers. High Customer Service orientation. Analytical thinking skillsProfessional knowledge:Desirable experience in core Payroll operations processes. Desirable experience in UKG / Workday / Microsoft CRM Dynamics. Desirable Conversational and written English.
