About the Role: Are you naturally curious, persistent, and energized by uncovering insights? We are seeking a detailed oriented field research professional to play a key role in gathering and analyzing commercial real estate data in Monterrey. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on investigation , values routine but embraces challenges, and takes pride in delivering reliable, well-organized research. In this role, you’ll actively visit properties, interact with key stakeholders, and uncover data that drives informed decisions for our clients. As the leader of our Monterrey office, you will also take ownership of developing sales opportunities, nurturing relationships , and contributing to the leadership of our team by setting standards for excellence and driving strategic initiatives. As part of the SiiLA team, you will contribute directly to our mission of delivering exceptional insights, helping our clients make informed decisions in a fast-moving market, and expanding our reach through high quality research, effective sales strategies and collaborative leadership. Key Responsibilities: ·      Conduct on-site visits to commercial properties to collect primary data, including tenants, occupancy, and property characteristics while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, organization and reliability. ·      Investigate lease and sale transaction terms to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable insights. ·      Monitor and track occupancy rates, asking rents , and changes in tenant movements with a keen eye for detail and precision. ·      Develop and nurture strong relationships with brokers, owners and property representatives while driving engagement, satisfaction, and sales opportunities. ·      Manage time effectively to ensure all research is thorough , timely , and well-organized . ·      Approach challenges with persistence and a problem-solving mindset , ensuring no detail goes unnoticed. What Makes You a Great Fit: ·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Journalism, or related fields. ·      A minimum of two years of experience in commercial real estate, sales, or similar roles preferred. Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and existing connections within the industry are preferred. ·      Proficiency with technology, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel , and the ability to use tools to consolidate and analyze data. ·      Excellent interpersonal skills and clear, effective communication in both English and Spanish. ·      You love being out in the field , exploring properties, and discovering the stories behind the numbers. ·      You have a natural curiosity and a drive to dig deeper, piecing together information others may overlook. ·      You are persistent and determined, willing to go the extra mile to collect accurate, valuable data. ·      You thrive on routine and organization , managing your time effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality. ·      You embrace challenges as opportunities to problem-solve and continuously improve. ·      You maintain a high level of responsibility and focus, ensuring your findings are reliable and impactful. ·      Coachable and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to apply feedback effectively.
