About Us At Turning, we specialize in process transformation and optimization. We are a fast-moving team looking for a "high-gear" professional to become the backbone of our logistics and the key support for our senior leadership. The Role We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented "problem solver" with a "make-it-happen" attitude. You will serve as the right hand to our operations team and provide strategic support to the CEO and the Board of Directors. If you are an expert at managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and ensuring every project material arrives on time, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities: 360° Logistics: End-to-end management of travel arrangements (flights, hotels, and ground transportation) for both our consulting team and personal travel for executives. Financial Oversight: Manage and reconcile travel expenses (per diems), ensuring strict budget compliance. Turning Operations: Coordinate the production of training materials and manage national/international shipping and courier logistics. Executive Support: Strategic calendar management, board meeting coordination, and handling personal errands for the Presidency with the utmost discretion. Candidate Profile: Experience: 3-4 years in similar roles (Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Logistics Coordinator). Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365, travel management platforms, and expense reporting software. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory for international bookings and global correspondence). Soft Skills: Strong sense of urgency, impeccable writing skills, and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
