Características promedio del ocupante: ·Sexo: Indistinto ·Experiencia en el puesto: Mínimo 2 años en hoteles, restaurantes o Lounge de igual o superior categoría ·Disponibilidad para rotación de horarios II. Conocimientos básicos necesarios: ·Idiomas: Inglés 80 % escrito y hablado. ·Informática manejo avanzado de Excel, power point, tablas dinámicas, etc. ·Mejora Continua & Quality ·Alta cultura de servicio ·Recursos Humanos (Disciplina, lineamientos, feedback, seguimientos, orientación) III. Condiciones de operación: · Trabajará en equipo con colegas, supervisores, chef ejecutivo, coordinadores de área, y dando seguimientos para, controles, seguimientos, lineamientos, etc. Apoyo e involucramiento en las diferentes áreas como: Bar, cocina, piso, recepción, etc. IV.
