ABOUT USFor a recently created Business Services Center and transformation project for a global company, we are looking for an order entry analyst.In this role, you will have the opportunity to join the AR department, helping in shape the future of the Finance processes.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a recently created Global Business Service Centre based in Monterrey supporting the America's region. The company creates complete solutions for professionals around the world who are committed to health & safety, diversity, professional conduct and social responsibility.ABOUT THE ROLEThe order entry analyst is responsible for timely processing of sales and service orders, interacting with customers and supporting the sales staff. This role will be responsible for supporting the Sales organization in North America. Primary responsibilities include support quoting, purchase order management, order entry, software licenses fulfilment, invoicing and customer onboarding. The team will support customers throughout all North American time zones Monday through Friday, occasionally working weekends. Main responsibilities:- Input customer purchase orders in SAP. - Use various ERPs to enter sales orders, send invoices, transact credit & rebills - Use various software licensing tools to create and manage software licenses - Manage POs and Invoicing on Customer Portals - Support Customer onboarding - Address and document customer requests and issues, ensuring prompt response and resolution from the field and various departments - Engage in follow up activities such as thank you letters, calls, and technical support issues. - Participate in the development of tools and documentation to increase the efficiency of the sales process. - Provides input, documentation & feedback to Commercial Operations Manager & Sales Engineers as required. - Answer customer calls and emails. - Responsible for daily invoicing and working with other departments to ensure customer orders are processed correctly. - Complete special projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE- Must be proficient in English; ability to read, write and speak English fluent - Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision - Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Maintain customer/client focus within the department - Strong organizational skills - SAP experience - Experience with international customers - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a Sales Administration role - LX, Navision, Business Central and Intacct ERP experience preferred. - Ability to establish excellent working relationships with outside sales engineers, customers, management, and various internal departments. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.COMPANY BENEFITSJoin our new dynamic Shared Business Servicesteam in Monterrey and contribute to the management of AR accounting process.
