Appointment Clerk Central Transport, a leader in LTL (less-than-truckload) transportation for more than 90 years is currently looking to help you grow professionally by becoming an Appointment Clerk for our Corporate Office in San Pedro Garza Garcia. While this client relations role is a critical position to maintain customer perception within our organization, it is also a great "first office job" to help you get started in your career or continue to grow the skills you already have. Our clerks are provided with in depth training which will develop your professional office skills. This a tremendous opportunity for college students able to work full time, recent graduates and those ready to get back into the professional workforce Skills and duties you will learn and develop: Scheduling delivery appointments via outbound/inbound calls, email, and web. Keeping appointment log up to date and organized. Helping customers resolve issues related to delivery. Communicating regularly with assigned terminals. Participating in appointment meetings to help improve processes. What you will bring to the table: Bilingual –English proficiency Excellent attendance and the ability to work Monday through Friday Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Ability to maintain a professional demeanor Experience with Microsoft office (Outlook), and willingness to learn company specific systems Ability for detailed note taking Upbeat personality/positive outlook What's in it for you?
