Key Responsibilities: Schedule delivery appointments via calls, email, and web platforms. Maintain accurate and organized appointment logs. Assist customers with delivery-related issues. Communicate regularly with assigned terminals. Participate in meetings to improve scheduling processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bilingual English proficiency. Excellent attendance and ability to work Monday through Friday. Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook) and willingness to learn company-specific systems. Detail-oriented note-taking skills. A positive attitude and upbeat personality.
