Join Our Leadership Team! Who We Are We are a leading company in the industrial and manufacturing sector, with national and international operations. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant — a highly organized and proactive professional who will play a key role in supporting the Executive Office and ensuring smooth coordination across global teams. Purpose of the Role The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing the executive agenda, coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders, and preparing and reviewing high-level documentation. This position ensures confidentiality, efficiency, and excellence in every aspect of executive support. Key Responsibilities Executive Support to the CEO Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments with key stakeholders (Board members, Executive Committee, clients, suppliers, etc.). Coordinate domestic and international travel, site visits, and global meetings. Corporate Communication & Liaison Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and the executive leadership team across business units and international offices. Facilitate cross-functional communication between corporate headquarters and national/international operations. Draft and review executive communications (internal and external) using clear corporate and industry-appropriate language. Administration & Logistics Prepare and follow up on Board meetings, leadership meetings, video conferences, and visits from external partners. Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Handle area budgets, expense reports, and executive approvals. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Relations, Communications, or a related field. Languages: Advanced English is required; a second language is a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Coordinator supporting C-level management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SAP, Oracle, and collaborative platforms (Teams, Zoom). Experience managing budgets, executive events, and KPI reporting.
