They’re not just here to work—they’re here to grow, solve problems, and make a difference for their clients and each other.About the RoleWe are seeking aPaid Media Directorto join the client's team and lead their world-class paid media efforts. This is aremote (work-from-home)leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of Account Managers, managing high-value client relationships, and driving profitable advertising performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, Google Ads expert, and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and managea team of Paid Media Account Managers, ensuring high client satisfaction and campaign performance. Serve as theprimary contact for high-value clients , overseeing account strategy, communication, and execution. Providehands-on guidance and trainingto team members to help them grow and perform at their best. Develop and implementstrategic paid media plansfor lead generation and e-commerce campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms. Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership tooptimize client services and align cross-departmental efforts . Proactively identify issues, opportunities, and innovations to continuously improve performance and client ROI. Monitor campaign KPIs, audit performance, and ensure proper tracking and attribution are in place. Requirements Must HaveExpert-level knowledge of Google Ads(interface, Google Ads Editor, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, campaign structure, etc.). Proven track record of creating and managingprofitable campaigns for e-commerce and lead-gen businesses . Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experiencemanaging teams and client relationships . Strong problem-solving skills and ability towork independentlyin a remote setting. A deep understanding ofdigital marketing strategy , CRO principles, and data-driven decision-making. Comfortable with a60-day trial periodto evaluate mutual fit. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Preferred QualificationsExperience with other paid media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads, etc.). Knowledge of CRM and automation tools related to ad campaign performance. Previous experience at a performance marketing or digital agency.
