One of our esteemed client with Global presence looking for OMS + Integration Expert/Mexico/Monterrey-ASAP joiner only We are seeking a skilled OMS + Integration Expert to join our team onsite in Monterrey on immediate basis In this role, you’ll serve as the key liaison between business and technical teams, driving the design and delivery of integration solutions across enterprise systems like ERP, WMS, 3PL, and eCommerce. Candidates with experience in Kibo OMS are highly preferred, but professionals with hands-on experience in platforms such as IBM Sterling, Fluent Commerce, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customer-facing integration and OMS discussions. Lead requirement gathering and analysis for order management and system integration needs. Coordinate with offshore technical teams to ensure effective implementation and alignment. Define and document integration specifications, interface mappings, and functional flows. Facilitate solution design workshops and translate business needs into technical architecture. Oversee end-to-end integration with ERP, WMS, 3PL providers, and eCommerce platforms. Support UAT, troubleshooting, and validation of integration components. Ensure alignment of all stakeholders across business, technical, and vendor teams. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience with Order Management System (OMS) implementations and integrations. Hands-on expertise with at least one OMS platform: IBM Sterling, Fluent Commerce, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder. Exposure to or working knowledge of Kibo OMS is a strong plus. Proficient in integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). Experience integrating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), WMS, 3PL logistics, and eCommerce platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage both technical and business teams. Ability to operate in a hybrid team structure and lead onsite-offshore coordination effectively. Nice to Have Direct experience in Kibo OMS configuration, order workflows, and fulfiller modules. Familiarity with omnichannel fulfillment models in B2C/B2B environments. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
