We have partnered with a stealth-mode clean energy startup is hiring a Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the testing and operation of a first-of-its-kind Turquoise Hydrogen system. You'll play a hands-on role in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced electro-mechanical and instrumentation systems used in pilot- and commercial-scale reactors. This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious team building breakthrough technology for low-cost, zero-emission hydrogen production. What You'll Do Lead installation, calibration, and testing of mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., reactors, instrumentation, motors, actuators, flow meters) Maintain and repair automation, control systems (PLCs, DCS), and industrial components Troubleshoot gas sampling, heat exchange, and pressure systems in live test environments Assist with data acquisition, instrumentation setup, and reactor readiness for test campaigns Document maintenance logs, test results, and update system schematics Ensure compliance with all safety and industry standards What You Bring Technical diploma or associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or similar field 7+ years of hands-on experience in industrial environments (e.g., petrochemical, gas turbine, automotive, gasification) Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, control systems, P&IDs, and technical drawings Familiarity with high-pressure gas, combustion, and instrumentation systems Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment Experience with hand tools, lathes, milling machines, and metal fabrication Bonus: CAD software experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CREO), Spanish language
