We are seeking a bilingual (Chinese and Spanish) Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Monterrey site. This role is critical in building a solid financial foundation, ensuring compliance, supporting strategic decision-making, and acting as a key bridge between our local operations and global headquarters. Responsibilities Establish and oversee financial systems, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with Mexican regulations and group policies. Manage full-cycle accounting, timely monthly/year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements under local and group reporting standards. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost-control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. Handle tax planning, filing, and statutory compliance in Mexico; manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships. Build, mentor, and manage a local finance team as the function grows. Serve as the primary finance point of contact for headquarters, local management, external auditors, tax authorities, and business partners. Who You Are: Chinese nationality with full professional proficiency in Mandarin and Spanish; English is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a finance management role in manufacturing or an industrial setting. Solid knowledge of Mexican accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations; experience with IFRS or US GAAP is advantageous. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, controls, and team management. Strong ERP system skills (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and high proficiency in MS Office.
