Data Driven Decision Maker

As part of our DBS Hub in Mexico, you will collaborate closely with the Insights and Foresights Business intelligence team in Canada. Your primary responsibility will be to provide data-driven solutions that support informed decision-making for the Canadian business unit. Key responsibilities include: Supporting reporting processes and new data testing, validation & proof of concept builds. Enabling usage tracking to gain insights into product usage and drive actions through data analysis. Building ad-hoc reports for internal functions and managing TaO BI vs MicroStrategy reports. Collaborating with BI executives to develop content for product management and executing communication plans via newsletters and webinars. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Analytics. 1-3 years of experience in a similar corporate environment, with a proven track record of delivering business results and analyzing sales performance data. Excellent English communication skills and ability to present complex concepts effectively. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong understanding of PowerBI. Demonstrated analytical skills, including synthesizing information, discovering trends, and building strong relationships at all levels.
