Description and RequirementsThe Customer Ops Coordinator is responsible to support Lenovo customers (Large Enterprise Direct, Mid- Market, Small/Medium Business, Business Partner, Consumer) in a variety of areas including: - Order management (order entry processing, changes on orders, returns management, disputes, etc), - Backlog Management, pulling of and analyzing reports, customer contact, ship support, and working with execution on build requirements/shipment - Pricing/contracts monitoring and processing.
