Position SummaryThe Regional HR Leader is responsible for overseeing and executing human resources strategies across multiple locations within a designated region. This role ensures alignment with corporate HR policies while addressing regional needs, supporting business objectives, and fostering a positive work environment.This role will impact recruitment, retention, development, rewards as well as drive people performance. The right candidate will have a deep knowledge and implementation of Employee Relations and Labor Relations strategy for the sites under his/her responsibilityThis seasoned HR leader will have strong proven experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, and/or shared services environments. In a dynamic industry and environment, the HR Leader will be responsible for traveling regularly to all sites that are under his/her responsibility. Key Responsibilities:Partner with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.Drive organizational change and workforce planning initiatives.Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.Support leadership development and succession planning.Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Implement and manage performance review processes.Coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.Ensure adherence to local labor laws and corporate policies.Manage investigations and resolve employee complaints or conflicts.Oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes in collaboration with corporate HR.Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site or regional leadership.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel within the region as needed.Bilingual
