A global manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, ensure on-time communication, and support order fulfillment processes. This role will be key in building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to meet business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or order management (manufacturing or automotive industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar). Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively. Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Bilingual (Spanish & English) required for customer and internal communication Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Manage orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning, logistics, and production teams. Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery schedules. Support customer audits, visits, and quality-related communications. Maintain accurate customer data and records in ERP systems. Prepare reports and analysis to support account performance and KPIs. Promote continuous improvement in customer service processes.
