Sr Quality & EHS Manager

Job Description This position helps the QEHS organization to deliver on its mission:“Toensure Safe and Premium Quality products, and to drive World Class Safety and Culture in our workplace.”What your day will look like: Accountable of ensuring the manufacturing of Safe and High-quality products in the Packing area. Responsible of leading tasks that will help us to continue striving for a World Class Safety and Culture level in the Packing area. Reporting the Quality & EHS results on a daily, weekly and monthly frequency. Proactively minimize risks of failures in operations by implementing effective Quality Assurance standards. To lead the QEHS Packing team. Contribute in the development of our local strategy to ensure a high-level of Motivation & Satisfaction.Are you up for the challenge? +5 years of experience on Quality Operations, Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement areas. Experience leading a complementary team of at least 8-12 direct reports. Knowledge on ISO 9001, Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Problem-Solving.
