Accounts Payable Supervisor

Accounts Payable Supervisor Location: Monterrey, México (Shared services) Work Style: Hybrid (3 days in office- Torres Moradas) Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our finance team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global leader in industrial innovation and digital reality solutions. What You’ll Do: • Supervise daily AP operations including invoice processing and vendor payments. • Develop and lead a team of AP specialists. • Ensure policy compliance and timely payment processing. • Resolve vendor disputes and reconcile accounts. • Drive process automation and efficiency improvements. • Coordinate with internal teams for PO and invoice accuracy. • Support month-end closing and audits Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. • Advanced English • 5+ years of AP experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of IFRS & GAAP. • Experience in high-volume environments. • Strong knowledge of procurement processes. • ERP experience (Oracle or SAP preferred). • Strong analytical and communication skills.
