Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Interamerican School, located in Monterrey, NLE. The Docente de Preescolar will be responsible for planning and implementing curriculum for preschool students, creating a safe and nurturing learning environment, and assessing student progress. The role also includes communicating regularly with parents, collaborating with other staff members, and participating in school events and activities.QualificationsExperience in Early Childhood Education, creating lesson plans, and managing classroom activitiesStrong communication skills in both written and verbal formats, fluent in Spanish and EnglishPatience, creativity, and a passion for working with young childrenClassroom management and conflict resolution skillsAbility to collaborate with colleagues and parentsBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldPrevious teaching experience in a preschool setting
