Academic Cycle Teacher Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool, Primary, or Jr High Teacher for the academic cycle. The position is located in Monterrey, Mexico. The role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering instructional activities, assessing student performance, and providing feedback. Responsibilities Prepare engaging and effective lesson plans to meet diverse student needs Deliver high-quality instructional activities that promote student learning and development Assess student performance through various methods, including quizzes, tests, and projects Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and understanding Maintain a well-organized and productive classroom environment Collaborate with other educators and staff to develop and implement curriculum Qualifications Proven experience in teaching, lesson planning, and classroom management Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance instruction and student engagement Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration to achieve common goals Adaptability to different learning environments and student needs Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; advanced degrees are a plus Relevant teaching certification or licensure Experience working in a multicultural or bilingual setting is beneficial Working Conditions The teacher will work in a dynamic and supportive school community.
