Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Opportunity Our school is seeking a qualified educator to join our team for the upcoming academic cycle. This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool, Primary, or Jr High Teacher. The position is located in Monterrey, Mexico. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans to students of various ages and skill levels Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to drive student growth and achievement Maintain a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and respect Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of all learners Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in education and teaching methodologies Qualifications: Experience in teaching, lesson planning, and classroom management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration to achieve school goals Adaptability to different learning environments and student needs Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; advanced degrees are an asset Relevant teaching certification or licensure Experience working in a multicultural or bilingual setting is an advantage
