Preschool Teacher

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Interamerican School, located in Monterrey, NLE. The Docente de Preescolar will be responsible for planning and implementing curriculum for preschool students, creating a safe and nurturing learning environment, and assessing student progress. The role also includes communicating regularly with parents, collaborating with other staff members, and participating in school events and activities. Qualifications Experience in Early Childhood Education, creating lesson plans, and managing classroom activities Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats, fluent in Spanish and English Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children Classroom management and conflict resolution skills Ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Previous teaching experience in a preschool setting
