If you’re looking for an outstanding growth opportunity, join us at XPOPay, benefits and more We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical & dental)Pay, benefits and more Competitive compensation package Savings fund with company match 15 days of PTO in your first year Paid company holidays Car allowance Grocery allowance Medical, vision, and dental insurance (includes coverage for immediate family) Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo) and Profit Sharing (Utilidades)What you’ll do on a typical day Manage the revenue and profitability for a portfolio of large accounts Perform detailed cost/revenue analysis based on input from several departments, including Sales, Pricing, Linehaul, Operations, etc. Interpret analysis output for sales presentations to buyers; assist Sales team with negotiation preparation Conduct analyses under different pricing scenarios to compare net results Collaborate with Pricing team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan Craft contractual pricing agreements, ensure timely negotiation and correct implementation of rates Develop LTL and FTL carrier portfolios for Cross Border Business Audit and confirm liability agreements with vendors (certifications, carrier conditions, and pricing) Develop and maintain long-term relationships Partner with sales to build bids and proposals for major customersWhat you’ll need to succeed at XPO Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work or military experience 3 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis Demonstrated ability to derive insight from large data sets, formulate solutions, and drive action Solid grasp of economics and supply chains Working knowledge of contractual language and agreements Highly organized work style with proven ability to multitask Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to manage the revenue and profitability for a portfolio of accounts Ability to collaborate with Sales team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan. Ability to do critical quantitative evaluation and make recommendations Expert of cost/revenue analysis based on input from several departments, including Sales, Pricing, Linehaul, Operations, etc. Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results. Self-driven and taking ownership over workload with minimal management support. Ability to interpret analysis output for sales presentations to buyers; assist Sales team with negotiation preparation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license Bilingual in English and SpanishPreferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics Master’s degree 3 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis in the transportation field Experience with SQL and statistical packages
