Work summarySupport in the creation of the production forecast plan.According to customer requirement and actual production demand, support for supplier's purchasing plan and plant production plan.Participate for the material & commodity delivery, include import and export and customs declaration.Assisting warehouse for the cycle counting.Main tasks and responsibilitiesFamiliar with production process, according to the customers requirement plan analyze production capacity. Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, create reports, and contribute to performance analysis. Implement & confirm product schedule availability.Support for the customers delivery arrangement, ensure the on-time delivery of orders, control the transportation cost and make monthly report.According to the customer's order requirements and supplier's quality situation, control the inventory of raw materials and finish goods in a reasonable range, reduce WIP inventory and achieve lean production.Arrange the delivery, receiving and issuing work in a reasonable and timely manner to ensure that the production schedule can be completed according to the plan.Participate to improve warehouse area utilization, inventory turnover, improve material distribution efficiency, analyze and improve the existing material distribution process.Assist in the Integration of the files of tax / expo / treaties, to meet the requirements of Tax Audit of Finance in the best interest of the group.Assist and ensure compliance import/export regulations, customs queries and government rules, check pedimentos and accuracy, calculate taxes, compare import/export government information vs inventory control system.Regularly carry out experience summary sharing, optimize the process, and constantly learn new ideas, new knowledge, new tools, to improve their professional skills, and lead team members to solve major technical problems/complete important projects. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. QualificationEducation: Currently studying a bachelor and degree, major in foreign trade, international trade is preferred.Work experience: None or at least 6 months Knowledge:Good written and oral communication skills in EnglishExcellent communication ,interpersonal skills and team work.Basic knowledge of SAP, ERP,MRP,MES.Basic of Mexican & U.S.A customs regimes, free trade agreements and official standards.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to quickly learn to use new software.Team management experiencePlease be aware:The contract is 1 year with CaintraMajor Medical Expenses Insurance is providedMonthly Internship Amount 8,0001 meal at the canteen service is providedTransportation is provided (according to the shuttle bus)7am to 3pm schedule
