About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Service Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service orders, managing technician calendars, and handling customer communications.Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule service orders and maintenance visits across assigned regions. Manage technician calendars and assign work orders efficiently. Handle customer communications, service updates, and escalation resolution. Audit daily service invoices and maintain accurate billing and system records. Collaborate with service managers, project teams, and warehouse/logistics staff. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in service coordination, customer support, billing, or scheduling. Experience in fast-paced environments or support centers. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written & spoken). Intermediate understanding of billing or accounting; strong math/problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP or service software is a plus.
