Product Launch Specialist

Product Launch Engineer Responsabilities: Configure product variants in manufacturing processes and launch new products. Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, finance and production teams to ensure variant viability. Validate product structures (BOMs) and routing in ERP systems (SAP or others). Coordinate engineering changes related to configurations. Participate actively in continuous improvement and cost reduction processes related to variants. Generate technical documentation and train involved teams. Requirements: Industrial, mechanical, systems or related engineering degree. Experience in manufacturing, NPI or product engineering. Practical knowledge in Variant Configuration (SAP VC or equivalent). Able to analyze complex product structures. Intermediate-advanced English (communication with global teams).
