Financial Expert Leader

Job Title: Fiscal Director Description This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance in the organization. Accounting and Financial Reporting : You will lead full-cycle accounting processes, ensure timely submission of financial reports, and maintain regulatory compliance with Mexican laws and international standards such as IFRS. Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis to provide accurate financial insights to senior management. Treasury Management : Oversee cash-flow planning, FX exposure, banking relationships, and working-capital cycle optimization. Tax Planning and Compliance : Establish tax strategies, prepare transfer-pricing documentation, and liaise with tax authorities and advisors. Compliance Framework : Develop and maintain a local compliance framework covering anti-money laundering (AML), anti-bribery/FCPA-style controls, VAT, and BEPS requirements; report breaches promptly. : Implement robust internal controls and SOX-style procedures; coordinate external and internal audits. Cost Accounting and Inventory Management : Supervise cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis for lubricant blending/packaging operations. Team Development : Coach and develop the local finance team, establish KPIs, training plans, and succession bench. Finance Business Partner : Serve as a strategic partner to operations, sales, and supply-chain teams; support CAPEX, pricing, and contract reviews. Ad-hoc Analyses : Prepare bilingual board packs for strategic initiatives, M&A, or cross-border financing. Requirements Academic Background : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Professional Certification : Contador Público (CPA) required. ACCA/CMA is a plus. Work Experience : 2 years of relevant experience; at least 2 years in a finance or similar role; experience in multinational companies or manufacturing preferred. Language Skills : Fluency in English and Spanish required. Chinese is a plus. Technical Skills : Proficient in Mexican NIF, IFRS, SAT, SAT CFDI 5.0, and related regulatory frameworks; familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Kingdee) and advanced Excel/Power BI.
