Growth Management Analyst Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Growth Management Analyst to join our team in Monterrey. The successful candidate will work closely with the US Growth Management Team, providing commercial insights and enabling the end market to deliver growth activities. As a Growth Management Analyst, you will play a crucial part in supporting the RAI Growth strategies by leveraging big data and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Synthesize large amounts of information to generate observations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in developing performance tools and models. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, Knime, or Dataiku, with experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing data. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, and strategic planning. Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should possess: A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Engineering. At least 1 year of professional experience in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MicroStrategy. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables.
