Talent Acquisition Intern

Your Corporate Title –Intern Full time or part time –Full Time 40 hrs per week (ideally), Part time 30 hrs per week Position overview We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to help support our growth in Monterrey as a part of the Americas Talent Acquisition team by attracting top talents to join MSCI. Your key responsibilities •Sourcing new potential candidates for a broad variety of positions •Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to intimately grasp the qualification criteria of open and future roles, including required skill sets, technologies, experience, education, etc •Utilizing a variety of channels and tools to identify and engage passive candidates to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline •Reviewing and qualifying inbound applications and managing responses •Maintaining candidate database and tracking •Providing administrative support for the recruitment team Specific knowledge and skills Excellent English communication skills Desired experience •Ongoing University/College studies (graduation date minimum June 2026) Bachelor's in psychology, Administration or Human Resources •Availability to work 40 hrs per week ideally, or 30 hrs. per week. •Some experience using LinkedIn recruiter and other job sites to attract and build a pipeline of candidates and headhunt suitable candidates •The ability to think creatively to source candidates using social media •Interest in MSCI’s business and recruitment About MSCI At MSCI we are passionate about what we do, and we are inspired by our purpose – to power better investment decisions.
