HR Analyst

This position is vital in enhancing our HR operations by leveraging data-driven insights to support our workforce management effectively. In the role of HR Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR-related data to guide strategic decision-making. Your insights will support talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management initiatives, ensuring that ALTEN Mexico continues to foster a strong organizational culture and thrive. Key Responsibilities:Collecting and analyzing data related to HR metrics such as retention, and employee satisfaction Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of HR information systems and employee records Assisting with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries Supporting onboarding processes. Conducting analysis of employee engagement surveys and preparing reports Preparing various HR metrics and reports for senior management to facilitate insights into workforce trends Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs Ensuring all HR activities comply with legal requirements and internal policies Requirements RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field 6 months or 1 year of experience in an HR Analyst or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Fluent in English, both written and verbal Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
