We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead one of our new manufacturing facilities with a workforce of 15. This is a role with full responsibility for site performance across safety, quality, people, cost, delivery, and innovation.As a key site leader, you will collaborate closely with Process Managers and HQ stakeholders while maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence. You’ll spend your time on the production floor — solving problems, empowering teams, and ensuring our high standards are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day plant operations including production, quality, logistics, finance, and maintenanceDrive performance through efficient scheduling, structured KPIs, and lean processesPartner with the Production Manager, Process Managers, and Quality Manager to address challenges in real timeBuild and lead a high-performing, motivated team through clear expectations, development plans, and succession initiativesEnsure full compliance with company policies, ISO, HSE, and quality standardsManage plant-level profitability, cost discipline, and inventory controlCollaborate with commercial teams and represent the plant during audits and customer visitsSupport innovation, automation, and continuous improvement projects aligned with group strategyWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field5+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 in a leadership roleSolid knowledge of cost control, lean manufacturing, ISO, safety, and quality systemsStrong communication skills in both local language and professional EnglishStrategic mindset with a hands-on, floor-based leadership styleResilient, organised, and driven by people, performance, and precisionPerformance IndicatorsYour success will be measured by:Margin optimisation and raw material cost reductionOn-time production, low scrap and waste levelsCustomer quality ratings and audit outcomesWorkforce engagement, retention, and developmentProcess efficiency and innovation implementationWhy us?We are a performance-driven, people-first industrial group that values clarity, responsibility, and collaboration.
