Plant Manager - Senior Leadership Role

Industrial Operations Leader We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Industrial Operations Leader to spearhead the success of our manufacturing facilities. This role involves overseeing day-to-day plant operations, driving performance through efficient scheduling, structured KPIs, and lean processes. You will partner with key stakeholders to address challenges in real-time and build a high-performing team through clear expectations, development plans, and succession initiatives. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence and improve site performance across safety, quality, people, cost, delivery, and innovation. Collaborate with production managers, process managers, and quality managers to ensure seamless integration of operations and achieve business objectives. Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify areas for growth and develop innovative solutions. About You: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 in a leadership role. Solid knowledge of cost control, lean manufacturing, ISO, safety, and quality systems. Strong communication skills in English, with ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style. Resilient, organized, and driven by results.
