At least 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to manufacturing environment (Must)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.Ability to properly communicate in English, both written and spoken.General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts.Expertise on one or more specific IT technical areas such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, Networking, ITIL, or automation.Data analytics and presentation documents skills.An outstanding service-oriented mindset.Open communication and international collaboration.Nice to have General understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems, PLCs and similar componentsNote: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL.
