Job Description Bring value to yourself and the organization by putting your superpowers to work!If you are a motivated and curious problem solver with a passion for technology, a confident independent operator, and a keen eye on cultivating relationships with colleagues and Factory Operations Team members at all levels delivering the best possible service, come and join us!Play your part in our team's succeeding As part of the Global End-User Support organization, you will have the opportunity to help us optimize the usage of business technologies to increase the productivity of The LEGO Group.Core Responsibilities: Provide advice and solutions to complex IT incidents and problems.Effectively engages with Digital Technology product teams to implement the required processes, technology, and solutions on the site.Proactively ensures IT Policies and Principles are being followed on the site.Actively improves, utilizes, trains, and promotes new technologies implemented in the organization.Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications within the company.Engages with vendors as it relates to the IT area.Do you have what it takes? At least 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to manufacturing environment (Must)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.Ability to properly communicate in English, both written and spoken.General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts.Expertise on one or more specific IT technical areas such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, Networking, ITIL, or automation.Data analytics and presentation documents skills.An outstanding service-oriented mindset.Open communication and international collaboration.Nice to have General understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems, PLCs and similar componentsNote: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL.
