Continuous Improvement Specialist

Drive Continuous Improvement We are seeking a professional to implement our operational excellence program and facilitate continuous improvement projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying CI tools and techniques to drive problem-solving and performance improvement. This role involves training employees in CI tools and techniques, coaching them to achieve their targets, and identifying process improvement needs with department leads. You will also facilitate sessions and support the execution of newly established improvements. Once improvements are implemented, you will validate outcome benefits and support the creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes. Additionally, you will benchmark externally to ensure that best practices and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners. They will possess additional skills such as SMED, VSM, RCA, DMAIC, and Black Belt certification.
